running lab got the trade in used shoes promotion till 30 Apr 24. can get $50 trade in voucher.

I don't know if they have changed the t&c, but base on past event, the voucher can only be used on shoes that are msrp. Not applicable on those discounted shoes.

wah then like that I need to see if there's any worth buying first.

current pair is a little worn, but still serviceable...

I have been using Aonijie socks for more than 5 years. Currently favorite models are the E4825 and E4802. Also have the E4801, but it's low cut, which I don't really like. Durablility is fantastic and comfortable. I am still using the E4801 from 5 years ago and haven't pichar. During Taobao sales can get for rmb 97 for 3 pairs.

Thank. But I see aonijie sock all mostly toe sock. Isn't that made my front portion of my feet wider ?? But maybe I should take a try.

Currently my daily running shoes is saucony endorphin speed 3 wide. Used fot half , full marathon, 5km and 10km are all good. Shoes is also light weight . I think less than 230g. Really a all rounder shoe.

I think the Devialet Gemini 2 had a tendency to drop off even though it's way better fit than the 1. I ever dropped once.

If you are worried, report as injury and limit the speed session to severe. It's possible that intensity duration too much.

my training calender changed after i took away my mid point check in June for 10k @ 5mins/km pace in preparation for a sub 2 stanchart HM. i guess it was a bad idea to put a check 6 months away from my target race. my body is not able to cope with the training load.
