Last 500m end faster, adopting my strategy :D
To be fair I think I am an exception so can’t really speak for all the bui bui. I 1.73m and 87kg now so that’s 29 bmi
Anyways, weight isn't much that can be changed in a few days. Just get mental in check and run the race on Sunday, hope for the best

you all run so long distance.
mine is nothing compared

I guess just try to find ways to enjoy it and make it a hobby, naturally the results would come as you'd wanna do more and more of it, and coz you wanna improve.
You might not get near to national records or what those youtubers can achieve, but still you still could be faster than many other recreational level folks.

If you don't really enjoy it, it becomes a chore. You follow simi training plans and even then it might not work coz you might not finish it or something happens coz you are not in tune with it and kena injured etc.

Once it becomes a hobby and enjoy it, you will become dedicated to it. You'd find that things like discipline and consistency falls into place naturally.

Mental burn out might not even happen with sustained high volumes. At least for me there is no off-season, i just continue to train. No issue at all......even with crazy hours.

The only issue i am slightly worried about is injuries, but seems not to happen with me.
Another thing i am keeping a tab on is "addiction", which leads to overtraining and unhealthy habits.

Really impressive for your BMI.

Your high BMI is the low fat or muscular type ?

High fat and average skeletal muscle. I was already quite fat but after marriage and having kid, although still exercising, I don’t bother with diet. Hence continuing to gain weight haha.

Diet n Exercise must worked together in order to lose fat.
