Take it easy if jogging after 9am or before 6pm.

Was cycling at 11am this morning on the rail corridor to get lunch, had to douse my cycling jersey fully with water. This was cycling, more wind speed relative to effort / energy expenditure.

Even then, had the feeling of "headache", one of the heat symptoms.

Last Sat i tried at 4.30pm, wierd thing that one felt better. Only difference is that time i doused with iced water on the way there. Came back was just water from the toilet taps.

Yah, high end shoes are the nice icing on the cake. But for the nice icing to work, you need a good cake (fitness and training) to begin with. The wisdom of @zeroX26 taught to me over a decade ago.

This Sat maybe go down to the Orchard flagship store to wear and check it out.

Nothing much to buy for cycling, and some stuff are so expensive compared to running.
Dont wanna sound like a price gatekeeper but then some of them cyclists spend like crazy one.

i no idea i just run at the ulu pandan park connector 4-5km each time. so sad this my favourite colour cos all black takumi. previously used zoom fly flyknit and adizero SL

My impression of Takumi Sen 10 was good as compared to the Boston 12, it had much better support n cushioning
