this shoe really light and racy to run. another alternative is streakfly. prefer to try their shoes in store cos different cutting is different size. i wear UB22 US11 and adizero SL US10.5 but takumi i wear US10.

Was wondering why you run in the evening I'll probably join if they do more of those tempo/threshold runs, intervals only if it matches what I am doing. Once or twice a month like that.

Sometimes the heat is too intense, the runs get harder in the evening compared to in morning. Maybe you can hop into their morning long runs if they have those.

Yeah I thought join tempo run would be a good first run back from injury but in the end got excited ran faster than my target pace. (their fastest pace that day was 5:00/km). Had no calf pain but hamstrings were tight after a one week break.

I think morning is really much less humid generally although last 2 days was about the same humidity as evening. Singlet all soaked despite doing slow runs

I was 83kg before that.

You just need to exercise and control your diet can liao.

Basically just sweat like hell.

Forget about other lose weight stuff, all doesn't really work at all, waste of $$$.

They market it as a cushion daily trainer for under 10k. I would compare it to Rebel 2 and 3.

High cushion could be 飞影4.0 and 必迈远征者5 though I have not tried them yet.

I wanted to get the 必迈 together with Team2.0 but too many shoes!

If similar to novablast 3, then this pair of shoes at RMB376 is super worth it, as novablast 3 will easily cost double despite an outdated model.
