No need to know so much about proper diet. A after run meal is judged by whether is it ho jiak bo..Actually I don't really pay attention to the food I eat
I don't really know what to eat so I can become better![]()
Same here, a few time my long run will end at Mcdonald for a meal set. And the meal is with drink upsized to large. Super scary for those in the low carb dieter thread.Actually sometimes, I will also eat MacDonald
Because really eat until don't know what to eat liao
I also tried not to eat rice because wanted to lose weight but now I run n exercise everyday, I must eat rice. If not, no energy.
But then losing weight to me is no more a problem as I know how to lose weight liao.
I had lose about 10kg in half a year after I retired. From 83kg to 73kg now.
Running outside really helped a lot in losing weight and my target is 70kg so that my BMI is normal.
For me, I eat the same as you after runs usually for dinner (don't bother much). Only care more during breakfast/lunch before the run.Actually my main reason of losing my belly fat is because everytime my family members and colleagues always said my belly very big but I don't drink at all.

10km typical energy expenditure is between 500-600 kcals across a weight of 60-90kg. We measured alot of these in the labs liao thru the metabolic cart (i.e. for VO2max test). 1 liter of oxygen consumed burns about 3.5kcals.That mean later I need to run back home from Orchard liao
But how you know that is HM energy![]()
Good meal.

I think it is prob around 0.8kcal per km per kg in the typical running pace as a rough guide, with higher speed giving slightly higher expenditure10km typical energy expenditure is between 500-600 kcals across a weight of 60-90kg. With the metabolic carts in lab we can measure straight. Just do a running economy test we will know liao. 4-5 mins at each speed and from the average O2 consumption across the 4-5 mins, linearly extrapolate to the distance.I think it is prob around 0.8kcal per km per kg in the typical running pace as a rough guide, with higher speed giving slightly higher expenditure
Bro, I bet this shoe at least min $150 and above.Stock available liao for Nike AlphaFly 3

It's Nike Top End racing shoes
I only eat 1 meal per day as I wake up quite late.
Before training, I usually don't eat or maybe just a very light one.
Yeah I average about 570 kcal for a 9km run, around that weight range.10km typical energy expenditure is between 500-600 kcals across a weight of 60-90kg. We measured alot of these in the labs liao thru the metabolic cart (i.e. for VO2max test). 1 liter of oxygen consumed burns about 3.5kcals.
Just eat enough to replenish your energy expenditure so don't lose too much weight.
Anyways, going to run to bukit gombak stadium now and see if the stadium is open. If not open, reroute into another place. Weather feels nice now![]()

Nothing with the "swoosh" logo is cheap for in season stuff. The trick is to go to their warehouse outlets like IMM & get previous season's shoes. The discounts can be HUGE.Oh my.......I can use the money to buy TV.
