within 6 days, i have ran almost 4 HM. This is the most i have ever ran/walked In a week. Body told me to stop running halfway, ended up walking some 4-5km.

A side note on the Nike Epic React Flyknit, which I have retired for walking purpose after using it for more than 4 years. It is a really nice shoe to run on, but must control within 10km. Feels great to the feet, very decent bounce, a good balance between firm and soft. Super stable and light.

Shiok to run there :s21:

So cooling in china 🥶

Past few days where i am, weather has quite good (except first 2 days, which was like living in the clouds), Sun + Wind. But cold winds from the north can be punishing. My nose has been super painful due to the wind. Sun+Wind, making skin very dry. Was running on a 8km stretch along a breakwater this morning and the wind was super cold, luckily i was wearing a thick fleece sports outer layer which is breathable. Once I reached inland, i was feeling super warm and I have to remove the outer layer.

I was wondering how it was like running there 🤩

Not to say her technique no good but seems like mostly apply to sprinters only. Techniques like hop skipping, butt kicking, how to arm swing by beating the drum I think no apply for long distance.

But I will only land on mid foot. I think it helped to lower the energy cause I am super slow jogger

Can use for warm-up pre-run/race, that's about it.
