One of these days, I may want to try Bmai shoes. When I was doing comparison for the last Taobao sales, their pricing are among the cheaper brand.
not only their shoes are on the more affordable price, their running gears are just as affordable.

Running sleeveless vests, short and long sleeve tees starts at RMB 49, running tights starts at RMB 139. I have bought a couple of the above recently. Am replacing my brandless ones with BMAI's.

Wearing its polo T now at work at RMB 79 and it suit the hot humid SG environment.

My advice is don't go too fast at the start but leave enough in the tank for the last 2km to burst. Usually I go 75-80 percent for first 2 km then about 60-70% for 6 then try to burst the last 2 km
I am doing 60-70% in the first 2km, 75-80% in the next 3km. Will surge in the last 5km after turnaround mark. If too much crowd, then will surge when I get up the long bridge.

Bro cya next Sat ya...
Just hope the hot spell we are experience these couple of days will be over by next week.. Just wrote in to the organizers to see if they can mitigate the heat injuries risk, like cold water splash, or mist spraying arch.

Ya, take care of your 30km walk under heat. Don't push thru heat exhaustion. Unlike pushing thru ,muscle fatigue, you can still stimulate some muscle skeletal adaptation. Pushing thru heat fatigue , trains nothing on your muscle and skeletal systems and put you under risk of severe heat injuries that can be permanent or fatal. We are not training for endurance at the Sahara desert, so don't need that level of extreme climate adaptation.
