I checked the yellow ribbon run.
They do hv free shuttle bus. Not sure what time.

Also they hv time limit if you participate in any distance run.
Eg 10km is 1 hr 15 min.

I think both cant meet my turtle standards.

Quite a hilly run. I remember last time shuttle was from Singapore expo.

Of I tske train to expo, likely will reach around 7am. I don't think able to reach for starting line up.

Wow, hilly run is like a steep run.
This is definitely out for me as I need to take very good care of my knee, if injured, then totally can forget about walking, jogging.

I am following Coach Parry's lower dosing. Not the one for gym rats.

Hopefully there will be one this year around Oct just nice. At least 3 to 4 months can slowly train up.

Someone posted his 500km mileages Adidas Boston 12 outsole wear. Unbelievable. My adidas Boston 9 and adios 4, both continental rubber too, only lasted under 500km before the midsole starts to wear.

I live in Southern part n surely no way to reach there...
Anyway it is okay as there is time limit n that may stress me out. Hahaha..

Time limit for 10K is 2 hours 10 minutes so should be np.

Yes bro got time limit ..I might get stress up. I prefer without stress run..cos my standard only like that, cannot run fast for long hours

for me who is a serious supinator, no matter how good the outsole, the outer heel will start wearing off within few runs.
nevertheless to last 500km indeed is very durable.

True. And also weight. Bui bui like me, outsole will wear faster too. I am also a serious supinator. The lateral side can wear fast.
