Shift work has one advantage when come to gym. You can go during off peak where it is less crowded. The Sg active gym half yearly pass for off peak hours are very cheap. Can plan a schedule around this.
Ok I can consider this.
Thks bro.

Before Covid I was around 60 kg and I could run HM comfortably at 6:00 pace. Think I will try 60 km a week mileage and see first. My waist is size 27 and I wear Uniqlo’s 150 cm children t shirt, lol, but I think I got a lot of hidden fats from eating too much chocolate.
Yeah I was also the same, 60kg before covid. Rose to 65-66kg after covid running 15-20km/week. Increased to 35km/week then start to notice a change. 50km/week with my current eating habits start to lose weight.

60km/week will definitely help you a lot to run a better HM, even if you don't lose weight. Especially if you include longer long runs. I am currently doing 15km long run. Might work towards 16km and cap my long run at that distance.

Talking about toes, I currently had 5 black toes :s13:

I had no such problem unless your toe was injured.
Sides of my toes usually hurt because of wide feet, just got to make do until get a new shoe

I only know in-grown toenails. Need to trim every now and then, best if cna do it regularly, but not too short

Congrats, when it turns to black toe nail, it's mark of honor for becoming a runner.

Seriously talking, likely toe trauma. Try runners knot, see of it helps. For me, I have to remove the insole of my Qiaodan to mitigate the problem.

Usually if I have toe problem, it's either shoe width not wide enough for my wide feet or shoe too small and will occur if I run longer. Consider relacing, removing soles like @Ender mentioned or just size up half a size

My toes are black because I hurt myself, I cut the nail too deep then it's bleed and also I went gym carry weight accidentally dropped on my toes.

Now slowly recovering.

Usually for people with wide foot better go for wide size shoes.

Sometimes it's cause buy online, eg my first ever qiaodan caused my toe to hurt at the toe box. Hence, sized up half size for qiao dan after that.

Just another normal day run. Not seeing much improvement on zone 2 since Feb. However zone 3, 4 and 5 HR keeps coming down as if zone 2 is waiting for them. Funny.
