Adidas Adios Pro3 split on both L and R sides after this evening long run. No wonder during the run, the shoes was so noisy, producing this irritating squeaky noise. I think all PCN users that I passed by will have something to tell their friends and family about an unker with a loud squeaky shoes at SK and PG waterway PCN.

Looks like easy to glue back. Don't know if it will last, cause my success rate with midsole to midsole not high. Mileage is just 108km in it.

I would wear my waterproof hiking shoes for such a walk.

YOu already own one? Need to try test run, before the race. I ran Income Eco Run in them, good racing shoe. Didn't break then. Best is to have another pair of racing shoe on standby. Even the Nike Vapor Vaporfly and Alphafly have pictures on the net for split soles. These super shoes are really flimsy when they are squeezed to the last drop for performance.

nope i've not bought it yet. just interested in it haha.
i already have the PB3.0 but i'm not really using it for my daily training or even threshold run now at the moment. hoping to toughen up my legs as much as possible before race day.

If really worry about race day shoes malfunction, then avoid Nike and Adidas. Try Saucony, Hoka, Puma, Asics, NB. If adventurous, go for China made shoes. They are as good as the western counterpart.

My main priority now is to drop my weight to 60 kg from around 66 kg, I think I should be able to run much faster then.

Now going to focus on very easy morning runs around 10-15 km with just electrolyte water and no fuel to maximize fat burning.
I lost weight off running 50km weeks over 3 months, improve my running performance. But now am worried that I will lose too much weight since I am thinking of increasing to 55km average from next month to year end. :ROFLMAO:

As I work shift, I try to find time to get out jogging.
Usually when reach home from work, I am super tired.

Shift work is tough one.
I know...and i've always said, the toughest challenges to sports come from career/work and maybe family commitments.

Before Covid I was around 60 kg and I could run HM comfortably at 6:00 pace. Think I will try 60 km a week mileage and see first. My waist is size 27 and I wear Uniqlo’s 150 cm children t shirt, lol, but I think I got a lot of hidden fats from eating too much chocolate.

Shift work has one advantage when come to gym. You can go during off peak where it is less crowded. The Sg active gym half yearly pass for off peak hours are very cheap. Can plan a schedule around this.
