I ran 5.36min/km pace which was slower than my usual 5.26- 5.30min/km pace. I could feel it was more difficult to sustain the pace last night.Much warmer weather yesterday, HR was high even though I did a recovery jog

No clue how hot the weather is since my watch doesn't show a measurement, but definitely tough run. Same weather as when I ran my 15km all-out in June and hit my max HR of 206. Never seen that high of HR ever since that day.I ran 5.36min/km pace which was slower than my usual 5.26- 5.30min/km pace. I could feel it was more difficult to sustain the pace last night.
Wow. Your max HR so high. U must be in the 20? Mine is like 178 and the highest i hit was 183 . I am 47 years old and I will collapse if my HR go above 190.I will probably watch this afterwards since will be running at that time
