Incase anyone wanting to watch. School 5pm, Elite 7:15pm. I will skip this, having dinner with my family, and then recovery run for closing the week.

I will probably watch this afterwards since will be running at that time
I ran 5.36min/km pace which was slower than my usual 5.26- 5.30min/km pace. I could feel it was more difficult to sustain the pace last night.
No clue how hot the weather is since my watch doesn't show a measurement, but definitely tough run. Same weather as when I ran my 15km all-out in June and hit my max HR of 206. Never seen that high of HR ever since that day.

Wow. Your max HR so high. U must be in the 20? Mine is like 178 and the highest i hit was 183 . I am 47 years old and I will collapse if my HR go above 190.

late 20s, I remembered stitching out and slowing down during the run. Will be doing my long run later, see how it goes today

Quite fast sia
Esp considering the extreme heat index they were in (think easily 38 deg C heat index)

The 3rd place women Rachel Longstaff just finished a 80K bike session this morning when she ans a Q during interview.
Potential local T100 dualthlon podium finisher. (havent go confirm of coz) :ROFLMAO:

14 year old and under guys: 7.36, 8.07, 8.09

16 year old and under girls: 9.02, 9.37, 9.53
16 year old and under guys: 7.31, 7.32, 7.32

Tertiary guys: 7.14, 7.23, 7.32
No tertiary woman

No A division (JC level)

Women open: 8.05, 8.09, 8.21
Men open: 6.53, 6.54, 6.58 >> 2nd guy final 400m is very fast (66s)

Yeah I follow his socials. He has many interesting vids and insights

He is quite the runner also. Can see him on Aaron's vlogs, faster than him i think.
In the vid he mentioned just play play run a fun FM (no specific training), got 2:45. :ROFLMAO:
