anyone planning to run scb taipei marathon on 12 Jan 2025? just asking, coz the registration opened not long ago

sibeh weird leh. this week TAO ask me to taper liao but the long run is still 2 hours long.

I still have a 2hr:17min pickup run on next tuesday. LOL, Am contemplating want to do this or not. It' only 4 days away from Garmin run.

It's like the Elite V4 but not that bouncy and aggressive in nature.

I think if comparing to my Balos, I still prefer my Balos but I can lived with both.

In terms of comfort, the trainer v3 is better as in the toe area I feel more roomy as comparing to my Balos same like my Elite V4.

The rocking on the Balos is also more even though the V3 is plated or should I put it this way that you need higher effort to make the trainer V3 come to life as compared to the Balos as you need to run faster pace.

The Balos will be better if there's wide version for me.

Not that I know of in Great Wotld City. I think there's only a Skechers Store there.

No experience with Xstep. Have the Qiaodan FY PB3 and PB4. Fast and aggressive rocker. Foam not as soft as Peba foam. More like Adidas Lightstrike pro used in Adios Pro3.
One issue with both of them is my right toe injured or hurt. I can mitigate the issue by running without the insole for PB3. Ran Skecher 10km in PB3 without issue.
But for PB4, the insole is glued to the shoes. But slowly I am seasoning my foot to the shoe, recently ran a zone 2 HM in it, no issue with the toe. Tempted to use it for the Garmin run at race pace.
