A bit regretting not picking up AP3 at the flagship adidas store late last year. Our local stores are slowly phasing it out and it is not available at the official adidas site

The manager told me then how to be healthy :s13:

I tell her there's a lot of ways to be healthy

She then tell me even 75 yo also join as member :s14:

I was thinking in my mind, most probably already live enough liao so too much money need to dispose before going to the other world :s13:
Honestly if I’m that age and want to gym and have disposable income, I wouldn’t sign af. Would either go virgin fitness or even more ATAS gym lol.

Managed to get it last month at adidas website about $237 with discount coupon. It was a impulse buy because I was shocked that it was quite a wide running shoe and able to accommodate my feet when I tried it for fun when I was at vivocoty. I always thought adidas running shoes are like takumi sen.

Then I went to look at adidas Japan and it is selling at 21000 yen and 25000 yen. Will try my luck there.

If your feet size is smaller than UK 8 . Probably still can get it from Irun.

I bought SL2 and zoom fly 6 last year in Japan. With rebel v4, puma deviate nitro 2 and Boston 12 in rotation 😅😅. I do really want a super shoe but I think the zoom fly 6 qualifies as one

I believe your feet should be standard width. I find all puma running shoes are damn narrow for me. U may feel adios pro 3 is very wide.

I feel my US size 8 adios pro 3 is equally wide US size 8.5 rebel v4. (Rebel v4 is a wide shoe but run short. That why I upsized it)

This morning, forced myself go jogging.
Nvr clocked the distance, I think roughly 5km plus..slow slow jog.
Even very slow, my shirt all sweat..

Doesn't matter it is very slow . It Is a good start! With our humidity here ,Sweating a lot are normal. Just make sure u wear the appropriate clothing. U should avoid cotton material at all cost. For example. I saw some joggers like to wear the SAF cotton admin tee which is not a good choice.

Got nourish with herbs? Mutton soup maybe?
its not about that, homes in southern china do not have heating provisions and I do not live in a house with ground heating system. Hence it is cold in the morning during winter, especially when one wakes up. Body will gradually warm up with warm drinks/food, etc. Which is why i prefer doing my runs in the evenings during winter. Best is mid afternoon (2-4pm before the sun sets).

Yeah I am blessed with standard width so I have no issues with most shoes. Deviate Nitro is definitely quite narrow but lowkey my favorite shoe in my lineup as it is so versatile. I recently saw the Deviate Nitro 3 on discount at 150sgd which supposedly is an upgrade over 2

Thanks for sharing. Learnt something new. 👍

No wonder the LiuWeiYuan cycling guy on Youtube wanted to book a room with ground heating.

Take care and enjoy your winter runs.

There’s zero90 and skyrillex and kuudere
I can only handle 15-16km maximum right now. Though I believe it's possible for me to run sub-90 HM.

Anyways, since I am coaching for 2XU HM (1:45), will just post the training plan and workout splits of the guy I am coaching now.

Week 1 coaching (1:45 HM)

Work out (1km warm up, 8 x 1km (60 rest), 1km cooldown)

WU: 5.56
Set 1: 4.46
Set 2: 4.54
Set 3: 4.49
Set 4: 4.47
Set 5: 4.47
Set 6: 4.43
Set 7: 4.47
Set 8: 4.25
CD: 5.27

8-set average pace: 4.45 or 4 min 45 sec/km
8-set goal pace: 5.00 or 5 min/km

Training plan for 1:45 half marathon (run 3 days a week)

Week 1

Day 1: 1k warm up, 8 x 1km (5.00 minute per km), recovery 60 seconds rest, 1k cooldown
Day 2: 9-10km recovery run (5.50 - 6.00 min/km)
Day 3: >= 16km long run (5.40 - 5.45 min/km)

Coaching plan for my friend since he only runs 3 days/week

I saw most of the adidas shop having Boston 12 in their shop display. Can try. It is not like adios pro. Only available at city location.
