actually it has been going on for weeks and i could still continue with my normal training.

i thought it's just overuse. i didn't know that its PF until my friend told me it is.
I understand that PF is also one of the tendon inflammation issue, and that is usually over use injury due high load without gradual progression. My advice is the generic method, i,e. regress your training and slowly increase again, this time gradually, both in pace and distance. But for direct remedy for PF, I have no idea.

Btw, have you sign up for the SGRC talk on PF issues with Novahealth this coming Sunday? They have free trial treatment and diagnosis by their in house podiatrists. Check out Eugene Beh's on their Whatsapp CG.

Need to strengthen calves a lot as part of treatment and recovery. I even got special soles for my shoes

Well just for reference, currently i am at the level of approx 40kg weighted single calf raises, 25 reps per set. (I can weight single side of the resistance bands with the luggage scale so times 2)
My weight is 64kg now .
Might be a bit overkill, but i like...... anyway i do in office server room and sometimes microdose so no issue in terms of time needed.

Other than the pogo hops (left right front rear) as plyometrics.

Remember to hit the soleus (knees bend a bit).
Also to prevent imbalances, hit the anterior tibialis as well.

Also, i have started single leg rope skipping as well but just for fun and balance/stability control........this one more for old age into 60s/70s as well.
