What is titan attack?

Also rode from 6.30am but slow ride, kena 2 bouts of rain but quickly stopped for quick charcoal kaya toast breakfast (N bridge Rd) and another stopped at Bytedance that 1 Raffles Quay along Shenton way. All these are just 5-10 mins showers. Fast come fast go.

Wah that building tower quite fancy, going to search for their toilets next time. (the other one that i like to go is MBS)

Actually nowadays quite amazing.

2 years ago I could racewalk and get $500 (nowadays i think cannot already, at least muscularly mainly the anterior tibialis strength/endurance)

23 deg C and stopped raining/drizzling at 5am, as good as it can get.

Started to drizzle again at 6+, wanted to do a second (slower) 5K to add up to 10K but better to stop as raining heavier.

Rested around 1 min+ after the first one, no very long, to splash iced water and sip a bit .

I htink i know how to pace already, just try to aim as close as possible to 3:30 can liao.

this reminds me of my perpetual failing of my iPPT (2.4km) after leaving NS and was a regular RT participant.😂

so envious you guys can run in the 3-4min/km pace allowing you to effectively try some really interesting shoes, eg. RM999 Anta C202 G9 (designed with Bekele's input)
