anyone of u like to do calisthenics after a short 5km run at the park?
Most times i do dips and negative pull ups but lately not even running much, as in workout type runs.
But i am very consistent with my strength training with bands in office/home. Assisted pistol squats (3 rep), L sit, single leg half squat w multiple mini bands (~ 25kg resistance), decline push ups wide/diamond/normal with bands, some plyo with pogo jumps, resistance band calf raises, tib raises, hamstring curls with bands, weighted rope skipping etc, Lat pulldowns with bands. All banded work, coz no $$$ go gym.
L sit, push ups more for core. (I dont like to plank). To aid running / cycling.
Dont know why but difficult to develop the balancing skills. Flexibility also limited.
But i am not susprised, since NSF and NSmen, i forever failed standing broad jump, last time NAPFA during my teens, sit n reach also failed until cannot fail. I only scraped SBJ and NAPFA sit n reach through via "cheating".
Only after i ROD a few years then they changed to current 3 station format for IPPT. heh
