Need use split for this?

When i run up slope for 10sec usually I get 1 anaerobic. But today I tried slow jogging with running up 8 slopes. In the end I got 0.7 anaerobic. Doesn't make sense

I recently read carbon plated shoes cannot wear everyday as they may injure the ankle.

Any non carbon plated daily trainer from China brand? 100-150 budget
100-150 SGD ? that budget can get you most China brand daily trainers

What watches are you all using to track your usual runs?

I'm using my Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro since 2022, quite accurate a precise. I use their Samsung Health app to map my runs as it provides lots of advanced running metrics post-run and recovery.

Information is that synced automatically to Strav and Healthy 365 to earn Health Points.

Using Samsung watch ultra with LTE. Can double up as a phone lite since can receive calls and Whatsapp also, so I seldom bring phone when jogging.

Was previously garmin vivosport, then now garmin venu sq. Feel like upgrading but don't wish to exceed $400. I need the watch to be able to transmit heart rate to my bike computer as well. So far the 2 watches I used have this feature.

Ya, $6 per month as number share service with main line. And only can use number share which only the 3 main telcos here support.

I shd be the most budget of them all.......be it runner or cyclist. :frown:
Huawei GT Runner watch. $133. To track HR. I dont use chest or armband strap sensors.

For running and bike. My bike computer tracks GPS speed and got cadence sensor. Cadence sensor S$13, Magene bike computer $38.

Is enough for me to train.

Anyone exercise at night?

After dinner 830pm reach home. Then by 1030pm need to go to bed. In between 8.30pm and 10.30pm only got 2 hours. How to manage it such that got time to digest food and not overstrained before sleep?
