Anyone exercise at night?

After dinner 830pm reach home. Then by 1030pm need to go to bed. In between 8.30pm and 10.30pm only got 2 hours. How to manage it such that got time to digest food and not overstrained before sleep?
Usually if I need to run at night, I do it before dinner. My runs are usually in the morning

Been quite some times since visiting this thread, VO2 max went from 45 to 49 ever since I got the forerunner 265 and following the daily suggestion, though not very closely recently
I also followed the watch. Went from 51 to 55. I just make sure the 3 fields Anaerobics etc are in range. Once in range they will say productive and vo2max will keep increasing. From what I see

To improve anaerobics I sprint 100m 10 times and surprisingly it 200 exercise load which is quite unbelievable. Because I don't feel the effort compared to running 10km. When I run 10km my whole pants will be wet. But 100m 10 times make me sweat a bit and exercise load is 200 vs 150 for 10km

If I wfh I would finish dinner before 7and go exercise at 8+.

I seldom exercise if I have to wfo, but when I do, I usually finish dinner slightly after 8 and go exercise at 9+.

But I don't sleep so early. If u sleep so early, just wake up at 5:30am to exercise. 7 hr of sleep sld be plenty for most ppl

today morning super cooling weather at 26 degrees celcius.

Ran for 6.00km, no zone 5 for today. Zone 4 (137bpm to 175bpm) for 96% of the run.

Average HR drop to 158bpm with a slightly faster pace. Cadence avg at 144, a increase of 4spm.
Go YouTube play those metronome vid to pace Ur cadence while u jog. I used it to force my 140+ cadence to 170+ within 2 runs.

I only run in the evenings after work, around 6++ to 7++pm for 30 mins session. Reach home slightly over 8pm...then shower, partial cook/steam my own meals (also tabao some cos my cooking sucks as too healthy) . and ready to eat by 8:30 and finish before 9pm. Sleep starts around midnight till 1am , as I only need 6 hours of sleep each day.
