Yeah 2 days of pretty ok rain around the whole region from MY to indon, esp today is longer + heavier. The coolness can be sustained after the rain with minimal wet surface + drop in wind speed, hence best chance aside from Jan/Feb.

At least can clear the smoky air from all the burning

Still great cool weather after lunch, did a short fast gun...... not sure why but after 2k like no power like that.
Stopped at 2.4, wanted to go for 3k actually. (wanna get another 10 mins flat or perhaps below)

Next time i think better dont skip carbs for breakfast and the evening before need to eat more carbs.

Wonder if can train until pass my IPPT test timing (last time, 12:40 seconds for 2.4) by running backwards.
This one shd be more difficult than racewalking 2.4 and pass

Final boss = 5k sub 20 backwards

I was tempted to try puma fast nitro-r3 at usd 300 but only limited release here and I think won't make too much difference for my pace to be worth that amount LOL
