sl2. boston 12 pro 3 and many others at good bargain prices at adidas.

p.s. pro 3 are unisex. so man and women are identical so look for your usual uk or eu size

Ran an 32km lsd and 16kmaerobic run for the past 2 days. Can see the improvement I've made compared to the past 2 years. :)

Has anyone tried pro 3? 167.50 is very tempting. Cause online review say plaid2 not very suitable beyond half.

No money to enjoy such amenities......Not an option for me. And i dont think my kid will be earning today's equivalent of 30k or more....and anyway it's his and his wife's money, for their kids.

No choice, better keep healthy + fit and strong enough. And i really DO mean FIT and STRONG enough. ie you shd be aimingto be close to those hyrox/crossfit fellas you might have seen at fitness corners during covid, and not the frail elderly at fitness corners which really is not sufficient enough. (of coz dont emulate some crossfit forms and techniques lah)

I am not letting another person helping me to asswipe 30-40 years from now coz of fall risk due to mobility/balance/strength/cardio issues.
The vast majority here have at least 20-30 years to really make things count, more than enough time to achieve a high level. Put money into the bank boys.

Pistol squats and dips actually somewhat functional training to a good degree (eg toilet, standing up from the ground coz you squatted and trying to fix bicycle cleaning chain etc)
And perhaps even pull ups, or at least able to execute somewhat similar stuff like deadhangs as indirect help.

the challenge continues.. well under 41 yesterday. best so far. controlled pace and gave it my all in the last 2 laps. surprising legs don't feel beat up this morning

best part was after the TT, a guy that seems to be around my age group that was slow jogging came up and say "young man.. you run very fast". that really made my day :ROFLMAO:

p.s. temp/humidity yesterday were both higher than i liked thou

Those usual elderly homes, not say a very very bad place to be at....but countless egs i have seen, you really dont wanna be there one. And also, not say very very cheap also. I was working at one such "hospice" before as 2 yrs contract. And yes, the food sucks.

Easy for elderly to be saying "i dont wanna be there". and i 100% totally get it. I also dont wanna be there.
But they gotta do their part when they were 20-30 years younger, possibly even 40 years younger by putting "money into the bank". And i dont mean financially, so everyone can do it unless genetically one is on the wrong side of darwin's theory of evolution.

Shd be able to hit very close or even under 40 very soon, just need some cool day. Maybe end of the year.

You no white hair ah? I also no white hair or sagging skin at the neck etc, the only telltale sign is the old folks orh kee on my face, quite a lot.
My father over 80 yrs old also no white hair, think is genetics.

Some people i meet in the lift / lobby always ask this ask that regarding shoes/bike etc (esp for china shoes and the china bikes be it road or my kid's 451 foldie, no $$ for brompton), then they surprised i even older than most of them. heh.......

I love my pro 3. It is wide foot friendly and the shoe durability is damn good for a racing shoe. Some people complaining about the lacing . But I don't have issue with that.

Do note this shoe need to be break in . Probably 60km to 80km to get it "soften"
