Best to go there n try it out yourself because it's individual preference.

My firmness might considered okay for you.

For me i always would go for softness one, i always prefer soft.
That's why i like stuff like Plaid.

Elite runners will usually love firmer feel.

Their legs already seasoned liao
Firm for ground feel . When your feet hit the ground, your muscle can react and activate the right muscle to support/protect and the right moment to propel you forward. If doing high cadence and fast pace this is useful.

Doing slow recovery, legs recovery need for cushy landing take priority over the reaction time from ground feel. Coz very slow and easy. And also my long run, to prepare for tired legs halfway thru the run so prefer softer cushion.

My tight feelings sharp pain while walking after hitting 20km mark thru rocky terrain with my saf dhoe, the pressing onto the rocky ground is immensely uncomfortable.

Should wear a trail cushion shoes on rocky terrain.

Uneven ground can be stressful to the legs, due to instability.Body can adapt by regressing your mileage then slowly train by incremental mileage.. Even running, those uneven gravel road if don't do gradual progression will also kenna injury.

Although this runner abit too attention seeking, he could have find more a discreet place. But personally I find this type of dynamic warm up is legit especially for shorter distance 10km or below, where from the start is cheong Threshold pace. This get your body primed up with oxygen and fuel and get body metabolically ready to convert fuel to energy faster right from the start.

Tiagong for 5k, best to run 5k. For me i no pro grade, so half of that enough.
3k definitely can do close to 3k.
Talking about racing scenarios.

Last year AHM i miscalculated esp coz the distance lead out to the start line so bloody long, plus the run to MRT i was like lost due to F1 barriers so needed to detour. 10k AHM, total distance covered 18k plus. :frown:

China temperature at sub 15 C should be alright to use.

Today is a very wet day, and chilling. I may use it later for a short run.
yes, i use them when temperature below 20degC. now hardly touch them since the weather has become humid & wet and summer is arriving real soon.
Since my right ankle been twisted 2 weeks back, haven't done much running as it has been raining often. Shoes collecting dust! :ROFLMAO: this week must find opportunities to get back to running in between rain periods

My preference is as follow
Daily easy days, firm.
Tempo, speed interval, firm
Race or TT 2.4k - 10km, firm
RACE HM - FM medium
Recovery, or injury, soft.

Heng i easier pref....... for me i ok with soft all the way. :ROFLMAO: (y) So hoot all the soft stuff ok liao.

But must be careful........i rolled 2X in my PLAID already but no ankle injury, quite dangerous when cornering at higher speeds.

Looks like Pro 4 firmer than Pro 3. Which i already find a bit firm for me.
