Fwah colitis ah....then NSAIDs cannot wo doctor clearance with additional meds like omeprazole or what. Gotta see GP/specialist liao.
Heng i gave the contraindication. :ROFLMAO:

Since it also is not new, if this time round more jialat (coz you are training now for HM or what, new intro of mileage/intensity), really need to see sports doc.

Let me check with my doctor during my next visit.

But it's not related cause last time I also have and it recovered liao.

Just that I didn't really run last time.

Now just clear all my races first.

I remember this one discussed in HWZ....sentence out liao, 10 months jail only.
But sometimes really LL one, the urge to cycle or run across at higher than 5-6kmh is high.

BTW @sph777 , this junction few days ago got fatal accident. I have had and seen other close calls also. Already crossed halfway also cars wont stop, so it depends on the other parties and if mobile phone user then god bless.

Yeah esp if the pain intensity is different or you feel any difference vs your past attacks. All these can indicate and give clues to the doc. But of coz if next week after your current TCM there is improvement then no need liao.

Yeah I saw the road sign there, the cars here always impatient to wait. So if they are there and I am the only one crossing I let them go first. Always on the lookout especially the one outside the mrt, that one got a blind spot cause of plants, the first zebra crossing after cheers.

Yep..... impatient or on their phones. My colleague and i @ coffeeshop beside tg pagar rd yest afternoon, talking about buying cam for his motorbike. Short period of 45 mins we came across 5 goons daydreaming on their mobile phones and getting horned coz red light turned green light liao.

On Sunday 2 days ago, @ 1 marina boulevard (just outside that NTUC Workforce SG development agency), my kid and i were cycling and saw 1 Merc on his mobile phone while waiting for green light. Green light came and he got horned coz he was engrossed on his phone. But he jitao pressed the gas pedal and turned at the discretionary left turn, didnt see pedestrian.

Jitao rammed into him but heng not fast speed. The pedestrian, most probably casual jogger, was also in dark clothings. So not really visible. 7+ AM already, a bit dark but not totally dark also. Got a few other pax attending to him and i believe no broken bones so my kid and i didnt stick around.

That fella pretty reckless. Before that he cut really close to my kid and I .....even though 7am+ only Sunday and so few cars / buses along Shenton. Just really anyhow. (either that or drunk)
Many goondus nowadays. That is why i purposely noticed the driver and see that he was on his phone before the accident, most probably still holding on his phone when he turned and hit the runner.

Ah yes this one also, from Tg pagar MRT towards the market. I told my kid to be very careful......even with bicycle lights, the plants block and cannot see one. So that is why need helmet lights esp more so for those who are not so situationally aware or pro.

He is currently on this. The height matters. Another case that matters is with those concrete blocks that are erected beside roads at worksites and they also block a bit of cars and pedestrians from the waist down.
