Possible one, that lady's husband is trying to go below 3 hrs again like in his younger days but found it difficult and recently announced that he has a change of goals......hovering ar very low 3hrs mark.
But of coz a few years younger than our Singaporean fella lah.

My nephew told me every Saturday he run 4Km and 1 km he took 5 minutes to complete.

Can run 3.8k in 13.08. 2.4k can run in 7.36.

Yeah the loops look confusing but at least doesn’t seem too difficult route wise. Hopefully many signs so we won’t get confused

If i'm not wrong it was 7am for 10km previously.

Good luck........ re-hydrate good, still relatively high heat index for today early morning over at MBS area. (> 31 deg C Heat Index temp @ 5am rising to 37 deg C HI @ 0800h)
Seems like tomorrow morning might even be a wee tad warmer than today's morning.
