I guess it's confirmed to say that more weight loss gives you even faster running times than marginal weight loss (less fast)

If i put just a 3kg weight on me like a backpack with laptop, adapter, some stuff and a water bottle and weight of the bag.....can feel the slow down. Much less 10kg.

I can't find the YT vid already, basically someone put 15kg or so of weights and tested it out for 5k, his timing drop was rather drastic.

Significant. But there's a healthy range. Some pro runners are severely underweight, which I think it's not healthy. My humble opinion, keep to lower end of a healthy BMI for amateur runners would be ideal between performance and health.

i tried the v14 but didnt like it. it was not that soft and bouncy.
