@Ender My last and only SCSM in 2022 which was rolling start cause of cat 1. You know what's the interval between pens?
I am not too sure of the exact interval between pens. But Pen C wasn't too far off from Pen A, coz I didn't wait for too long after Pen A was flagged off which I think was one or two of minutes after the Elite.
If agar agar, 5 to 10 minutes after pen A.

Ya usually they wait 2 minutes after each Pen. Pen A and B will go out fast so abt 5 minutes after Pen A.

As recommended by some of bro here . Bought NB fuelcell rebel v4 recently as part of my shoe rotation on top my endorphin speed 3.

Intend to wait for novablast 5 and my friend told me superblast is better . However , Couldn't get superblast 2 and happened to hoot the older superblast at Asics sg for $233 which my size is available.I intend to use it for my relax long run .

Whenever I watching YouTube review on the running shoe. They would say this shoe is great for slow recovery run or relax long run and yet their pace is still at 4 to 4.30 mins /km . That is basically my 2.4km pace run

Week 2: 7 x 1km (200m jog recovery)

Actual pace: 3.58 min/km (3.52 - 4.04)

4.01, 3.52, 3.58, 3.57, 4.04, 4.00, 3.52

Recovery: ~88s jog (77 - 100)

Average pace: 4.25 min/km (Interestingly, averaged out to HM goal pace with the short jog rest and 10k goal pace intervals)

Wow you specially took MRT to run there?
Too bad surface still a bit wet, didnt wanna risk it last night and then this morning it started drizzling at my side so might as well take a rest period.

Of course, rain or shine, I will find a way to make my interval day work out

Wow good, wet surfaces continue to present an issue to me and my wife, eg today she just did 15 mins coz it started to drizzle and the wet tiles are hazardous for anything > 6kmh.
