Next time if extend slightly and go through Shenton, Merlion/Esplanade, Republic Ave, you can go for traditional charcoal toasted kaya butter toast @ Heap Seng Leong coffeeshop. $1.40 only. 6AM available already, esp for cycling which start the day earlier than running. The curry Puff is good also.
Or the north bridge road hawker centre butterfly and you zhar kway or the wanton mee is very nice also. One of my fuel stations.
Nearby is Lavender MRT which you can take back.

See if I can find a Qiaodan outlet. Thinking of either Feiying PB 5.0 or Plaid 2.0 for my HMsrsly, just buy china shoes. More than sufficient.
Not possible unless I wear spikes on track. Projected 3:05. I close the last 200m in 35s or 2.55min/km. This is with wearing magic speed 4 on wet road.Time to test/hit the magical mark of 3:00 min/km for 1 whole km.
Next goal maybe 8:15 2.4km.Great job
If just slight drizzle I will just run. The danger is from slipping, so if ground is wet running on routes with asphalt or gravel (like rail corridor) is safer, or park connectors where there is no metal drain covers.Do u guys train on treadmill thses days or skip training?
skip training leh. what about youDo u guys train on treadmill thses days or skip training?
