yoga pants and yogat bra can go for jogging or notch?

:(

Got many @ MBS Merlion GBTB, BEG and ECP......see until dont want to see already. Just this morning i saw 4, 2 of which quite chio + heavy bouncing front end. One was not wearing pants but rather spandex underwear type of shorts with nice 1/4 butt cheeks showing. (y)

Some also wear make up jog one. (well to be fair, even more female cyclists than joggers do that)

Sure got one la......
On reddit / studies, most common are lower limb and pelvis fractures.......for the serious cases.

But of coz these are all extreme examples.
Even for me who frequent a fair bit on walkways/PCNs/MBS areas, the cases needing me to brake hard and subsequently "jump off" in the end is extremely rare.

But as always, mistakes do happen. I dont really jump red lights unless in cases in which even pedestrians would cross coz there isnt any traffic in early morning and there is clear visibility......but last week i made a mistake and F, there i was. Even while driving cars i and others do make mistakes, then you'd hope and rely on others not to mow you down liao.

And for my usage cases, the race that i do is not draft legal, no group rides and i might do some individual time trial and that is about it. No need to keep closing gaps or what.

Cycling is many hours, so want to put on make up. Running less than an hour, so no need make up. Lol.

But then, cycling on the road, moving fast, also few people can see your face. The make up is for the social group rides that have long breaks at Cafes where people take selfies.

Yeah......the group rides. Actually one weekend my kid and i were at SBV on the traffic island beside the Kent Ridge covered reservoir resting after the climb....... i think within the 15 mins there, easily spotted at least a dozen w makeup. Lots of them....

Running also need to cross dress? Singapore weather, guys attire of singlet and short are the best.

My favourite running tee is actually Uniqlo airism mesh material type . Out of stock for quite some time already .

I don't understand why some people choose to jog with cotton material . Especially a few still wearing the saf admin tee.

Actually got a somewhat interesting challenge for those who are interested. Is a good test for aerobic fitness.

Dont care you use what bike and what cassette/chainring.......
So you can go dead slow 5kmh if you want, or zig zag up the road if you want. But legs cannot touch the floor, 1 continuous climb.

Try to climb Mount Faber from bottom to the top vending machine/toilet area in Zone 2. (y)
(or Serapong also quite power)

Wakao... Never tried before zone 2 to climb Mt faber steep side.

For serapong zone 2 I think quite dangerous for 2 reasons.

1. Balancing skills must be good. Even I can track stand (a bit) will find it hard, can't imagine for those who need the momentum.

2. It is a restricted place, only for authorised vehicle. You go slow will have higher chance getting caught or unsafe when there's a vehicle.

Anyone monitoring their HRV ?

Ever encountered a couple of months (3-4 months) of low HRV then recovered ?

I ever encountered during covid or fever. Usually a few weeks of low HRV only. Never months.
