I purposely took mrt to go punggol coast wanting to run at Coney Island. But once stepped out of mrt train, it started raining. Wasted trip!
Few times I ran half way like 2km and started to rain heavily. I discarded my Strava activity. Most of the time . I wont want to run when it rain

But I also continue to run with heavy rain before . Ended up rain water get into my phone camera lens..(s23 ultra which for me the lousiest phone i ever owned ) isn't the phone supposed to be waterproof ip68 rating .

What is bone fragment like? Anything like a structural damage e.g. fracture? If it is, I don't think you should run.

I kop this image elsewhere. It looks something like this . Small white bit at the edge .

I have a follow up appt with orthopaedic doctor 1 week later from now. So far the slight discomfort is still there. But I still can run if I want to.

Samsung phones got alot of problems. This is also one of those why I ditched Samsung products long ago. I used Huawei, xiaomi and honor, all no problem with water resistance.

Green lines screen, battery explosion, water ingression, mobile network signal jittery after updates, dust and water trapped in lens. Did I miss out anything? Too many problems until cannot remember.

My colleague also green lines issue. Just after the 2 year warranty.
$400 to change the whole damn screen. Not even flip ones.

Really don't know what bone fragment it is? Can see the white spot. Is it a small piece broken off?

I also dunno. Doctor at polyclinic said might be a old injury since I had strained my ankle at the same place before. Only worried this fragments are caused by the current injury..

Interesting, maybe it does make sense. There is an osteogenic stimulus with the axial loading on the vertebrae and esp needed by men/women over 50.
