with your running pace, why not the PB3 增强?Camping now.
Likely a QD PB5 or the BMAI jingtan turbo 3.0. Need a shoe that also can handle slow pace just in case I punchek during SCSM and need to slow jog. Ruled out 361 Flame 4 because of this, terrible shoe at slow pace or walking.
I remember both @sales69 and you mentioned JT turbo 3 is alright for slow pace. That's is why it's on the list.with your running pace, why not the PB3 增强?
And if you want a good shoe that does it all and feels good, Turbo3.0 is really appropriate, imo.
will probably do another one or two 10km tt until end of the year to see if I can crack 38m before deciding on next year's challenge.
Note for those on the path to a 10k challenge, I have found 4X2km and 3X3.2km workouts to be most impactful. Plyometrics and core strengthening also helped. Most importantly don't rush it. Your body needs time.
Maybe can try dualthlon. Run bike Run. Also more towards your distance (run dist total 10km)
Just for ref :
I'm aiming Dowin 神行者3 which reviews suggest is a forgiving plated, soft, cushy shoe.Camping now.

Dowin largest size is 45. So it's out for my list as I wear 46.I'm aiming Dowin 神行者3 which reviews suggest is a forgiving plated, soft, cushy shoe.
JT Turbo 3 works for all paces but no assistance from forward rolls. Must depend on own self running gait.
If you do get Turbo 3, maybe can run your race within the first 150km of lifespan.
After that, I find the energy return is slightly lesser. Maybe I'm heavy footed.![]()
Narrows down the choice haha. Don't think you can go wrong with either choice.Dowin largest size is 45. So it's out for my list as I wear 46.
Any non plated shoes to intro?
Currently looking at Lining yueying 5 pro.
Although megablast and vomero plus are tempting me as well
when in doubt, get the more expensive one.Qiaodan Leili

Qiaodan Leili Plaid - plated but barely noticeable?

Both are supposed to be soft and bouncy. Kind of like Novablast, Superblast.
Don't know which to get haha.
Thanks!Qiaodan Leili

You won't go wrong with Evo SL haha.can cover 4.30 to 6 mins pace. Not many non plated shoes can do that if you ask me.China brand shoes so much cheaper compared to western brands, even more so during 11/11. Tempted to just wack multiple pairs to cover all usage scenerios. Like previously i said i aiming EVO SL which going for $200. At that price i can get at least 3 pairs of china brand shoe.
Haha the final sprint finish. Temasek should invest and research in this field.
Subsidise and let our elderly use as guinea pig. Will be very helpful as aid.
Edit: good they did sponsored trials.

About time to commercialize for general public. So people with limited mobility can move more.
Instead of subsidising PMDs for those lazy bums.
Let me explain slowly.those feet can touch almost the butt , is it very difficult to achieve?
My cadence hardly ever hits 180, but stride length goes towards 1.5m. Which means that you will fit well in shoes that support turnover. I prefer shoes that support stride length.10K under 40m challenge officially completed at this morning's track tt.
38m42s, avg pace 3:52, avg hr 169, avg cadence 197, avg stride length 1.3m
The ex commando fella
ya spot on. my stride length for my day to day run easy pace runs only 0.8 to 0.9m but avg cadence is consistently 198+. My easy pace looks more like a quick shuffle than a run.My cadence hardly ever hits 180, but stride length goes towards 1.5m. Which means that you will fit well in shoes that support turnover.
