Same can't get $20 to work last night.

Added 3 pairs to cart. Thinking add 4th pair QD Linghang 600 for walking.

But already have too many shoes. Thinking to trim order to 2 pairs.

No deeper discounts to force hand. Decisions decisions...
LOL same 3 items in my cart total value went up by 70rmb today compared to yesterday. Think its a sign to tighten my pocket. Probably will remove 1 of the shoes and hope i can get it cheaper during Lazada/Shopee actual 11.11 sale.

Seriously, tbh, the fella is really weak.

Some of them are really injury prevention.... or to prevent imbalances (then pain here pain there for joints knees esp, and screwed up posture etc, which would lead to issues in the main sport of coz, vicious cycle then)

The nordic curl you can use this instead (long or short band ver also have)

This article suggest that knee Cartlidge can be rebuilt with the right sequence of exercise that are also in the article. I asked GROK 4.0 to fact check, and it says the article is mostly accurate and backed by science. I don't have knee issue, so won't be trying. But those with knees problem, can have a look at the article, maybe there is something useful there.

Yea, i have come across that before in other sites.......talking about needing constant sustained pressure with a gliding motion on the joints for cartilage growth.

Bought ASICS megablast for 25000 yen (less than sg $215) in Japan. The front is definitely narrow. For me. I need to half size up from my usual US8 to US8.5. recently I found many running shoes need to half size up after i tried ( prime X2 strung , NB elite v4, adios pro 4 and MB)

bought it to replace my current superblast 1 which clocked around 700km. The latest colour purple SB2 no stock for my size . If have . I might probably get SB2 and MB together. I can't help coz it is really much cheaper in Japan SB2 only less than SG $190 😂
