Just an update on the Dynafish 小鲶. Did a 80 minutes run, humidity was rather high as I was sweating buckets. By an hours my shoes were soaked and making squishy sound. And when i finished, there's ponding inside the shoes. Drainage isn't good with this shoes. Now I have 2nd thoughts if I should be running anything more than an hour in this shoes under high humid condition. What a waste, coz the running dynamic of the shoe suits very well for me to run longer distances.

How about poking some holes at the base of the upper to mod it.

PSA rail corridor got blockage due to construction. 2 blockages during 2 time periods.

Yea yest late afternoon i kena already, was trying to use it to get to ABC market and i kena, then needed to use Jln Bukit Merah.

This kind of road cycling Is no issue for me even during peak periods coz long time driver as well + my multiple day time visible lights etc, only issue is that i was in shorts + slippers so off-saddle quite risky (Tg pagar -> ABC is somewhat uphill).
Nvr tot RC could close down one.

My mum hospitalised, so cycling to get her Bowl Story jap rice @ ABC. SGH food CMI sia.
Quite often also Chinatown Point (NTUC Fairprice BBQ chicken for protein) to SGH.

Also heng got basikal, 2-3 mins can reach SGH blk 7 already if decent traffic lights. PB was 1.5 mins only (all green and i need not wait too long at my house there 🤣 ) . No need to find parking one as it's always got place to park, much easier than driving car. Somewhat downhill from Cantonment too, top speed i hit 48 something (aero "pseudo TT" position) one night @ 10pm when my mum called coz fainted and fell down in toilet and she told me she wanted to see me one last chance. (old people talk like that one):unsure:
Good VO2 training from Cantonment rd to Blk 7 (before CTE entrance @ Outram to SGH Blk 7 is uphill)

Hope she recovers soon. Not sure if you have been but next to sgh, national cancer centre, got a food court on 2nd floor. Not fantastic but average. At least no need go too far away from sgh

From the blockage I went to the next entrance but also blocked. In the end did my workout up and down from spooner road entrance to the blockage.

Of will try NCC. Now usually my father goes to koufu. Usually too crowded.

As for the blockage, i think RC is totally gone case until next year end July. Usually we use it when going home entering at Ghim Moh so that it isnt that hot (if after 10am) when coming from extreme west side (eg Lim Chu Kang or Jurong West)
Think basically between Jln Bukit Merah to Jln Kilang barat all gone case.

Same but then again, most of my shoes are always soaked if the weather is humid.

This dynafish Xiaonian damm solid. Perform even better than my Evo SL. Softer foam and better energy return.

30kmh 76 to 85 bpm.
Dont know how to train to even somewhat near that level tho..... (eg below 100bpm / Z1 @ 30kmh)

It's just like the running pros running at 3:45 and still able to hold onto a can of beer and chit chat

Garmin bike comps high end models typically can load Singapore maps.

U pairing these 2 devices for cycling right? I tot it's already meant for it? What's the point of asking? If u have the money, it's good to have them on your bike.
