But i guess yeah, if you want for running performance, possibly half of that, or 450km, probably can feel it being lao hong liao. So you might be correct (also you are heavier than me?)
yah i am, 70-75kg fluctuating depending on my diet, running intensity, mileage and mobility frequencies.
right forefeet, ball area feels uncomfortable like barefeet running around in basketball court.

I have this shoes for $79 only. But it's only 111km. The upper too thick for comfort in Singapore weather for any run that is more than 30 minutes.
yah, upper and the padding around ankle too thick for me during summer, used mainly during autumn, winter and spring periods. S$79 is a very good price for this shoe tho.

Just did another 5km run on the 小鲶, it cruised really well, picked up pace very well too when i went all out chasing after a PMD @ below 5:00 pace for some 300m. Felt good at 7:30-8:00 pace when i did a 1km warm down slow run.
Didn't quite like to land rear foot cos my supination tendencies. Did not feel good doing slow forefoot strike as well due to the rocker (feet slide down slightly). Ok when picked up pace and ground contact was minimum, as i didn't feel the discomfort on my toes. Best is midfoot strike.
Body still adapting to go longer distance. Hopefully weekend can do a 10km or more to know this shoe better.

While looking at the scsm 2025 result . In the women full marathon top -100 category. Happened to see a Singapore female runner in the F60-69 age group ran a 3:59:34 timing . Her result really inspired me to run till even older than I should .

Jeremy1 in this age grp...... may he serve to be your inspiration

Should be Chloe?

Bumped into her at Bedok Reservoir today. Told me she ran 3.59. Not as fast as she wanted because have cramps. Probably due to wearing new plated shoes.

She has been running for 30, 40 years. Would love to stay fit like her when older!

Technique and fast twitch neuromuscular explosiveness needs to be there, but gluteus maximus is the main driver for the power.
