First run in 5 days. Weather so good for the last week but too bad still recovering from my calf injury. If not it’s good to pile up some serious mileage.

wonder when these new Lining running shoes will be available in SG. Although i did not run in the 飞电 Elite 6, just by doing some strides in them for a few minutes, my initial thoughts is consistent with Hui's. Too ex for me now tho. Hope running enthusiasts in SG will get to enjoy this soon.

Expensive to buy in SG. Buy from TB will be better unless you want go try haha.

Most of my running shoes, I just read reviews on the sizing and how it feel after they break in, then I just buy online already haha.

buying online makes sense, but one needs to try them at retail stores to get a good feel and get the most appropriate size.

I do find my HR high can be a number of reasons too.

Too dehydrated or too hungry .

I used to run 21km without gel or any water break.. but after knowing it is bad for kidney for not drinking water. I will drink at 10km to 12km mark.

Think esp for age over 40 or 50, no point to risk such things, like water. Coz the recovery duration would be, holy ****. Can literally wipe out your gains for the past 6 months or even 1 whole year if unlucky some happens even if not really serious.... eg moderate rhabdo.
I used to see posts (other socials) that water below HM is for the weak etc.

Make use of cooling morning weather just now and Wanted to run at least 30km .

after 25km. My left knee turned jelly and I have to stop at 26km. . Despite the cooling weather. My HR is quite high this time. Above 170 most of the time.

But is ok. I will attempt another long run this weekend!

Looks like the bar for SEA game 10,000m has risen a lot. All top 4 would have won gold for the previous SEA Game.

2023 results as below. I don't think Shuan or SRY can catch up if the bar is maintain for 2027.

This one also. Arizonian desert it seems to be . But it'd definitely be super pancake flat, not sure about the wind tho.....though online weather seems to put it at low single digits kmh

And i thought looping Sentosa/WCH for over an hour is boring enough.

Actually 5E now also cheap. But honestly too many shoes already, 10 in rotation.

Really can’t keep buying. 6E, Red hare 9 ultra on my list but I got to retire some pairs first to buy haha

too many shoes in my collection (13, excluding those in my retirement house). Not buying any more for next half year. If buy Lining, i rather buy the 赤兔9ultra.

Very low HR. Even I ran in 6mins ++/km pace for my warm up 1.5km .My HR will still at 13X.. range .

Any running Below 6min/km. It is considered quite fast liao

I always run with my shokz open run . So not so bored after all! And u know what is the best thing after running 21km on my own at the stadium. I didn't spend money on joining race! !

The problem with China running shoes is that they are so affordable that you will want to buy more. One pair of western tempo/race shoe can get you two pairs of China shoes
