Get 李宁飞电5C。 Now less than RMB300 can get. Very good performance, I am currently wearing it. Very durable also. I strongly recommend it. 超性价比。

Actually 5E now also cheap. But honestly too many shoes already, 10 in rotation.

Really can’t keep buying. 6E, Red hare 9 ultra on my list but I got to retire some pairs first to buy haha

No Li Ning for me so soon. But the Suguru's factor definitely makes me want to put FD 6 ELite on my watch list for next year SCSM in December 2026, so that means I will start looking during the 6:18 sales or 11.11 sales of 2026. Hopefully by then it will be a lot cheaper when 7 series are released. Just like the 5 series now, really selling cheap.

FD 7 will probably see the light just before next year's SH marathon (end Nov/early Dec). So the clearance sales most likely will be during 11.11 period.

The problem with China running shoes is that they are so affordable that you will want to buy more. One pair of western tempo/race shoe can get you two pairs of China shoes

I am always a evening runner. But all running race held in sg are usually in the morning . So I need to train to run in the morning also

I did wake up at 4am plus but I thought it would rain . So I waited at home and only decided to leave home at 6am plus .

My start run timing was 06: 48 am

As U can see. Yes. I did 26km on a running track . . If not my knee turn jelly. I would have done at 30km. Let see whether I can do it this weekend. I am aiming to do 30 to 32km on a running track

Yes. Left knee. But I feel the bend of the track is not the cause of it. I ran 24 -25km on track before and didn't have this issue. Maybe I still need to build more mileage slowly and endurance.

What will be the criteria for qualifying next SEA games? If base on traditional way SA had used i.e the 3rd placing or Bronze of the previous Games, which is 29:54 for 10000m. There will be no one to qualify. SRY holds our NR at 31:10. SA may have to change their way of qualifying or sent SRY and Shuan Goh to Kenya for altitude training camp.

PS: To add what was once automatic qualification for SRY and Shuan to the SEA games might be a dream or hope for them in the 2027 to qualify liao. I think they have to train a lot harder to at least go under sub 30:30 minutes, coz I feel even if SA lower the criteria, they also would not want to sent athletes to kenna lapped like what happened in 2025.

All thanks to these 4 guys below who pushed the SEA games to a new standard to beyond our reach currently.
