BTW if anyone is seeing this, do check the near real-time haze levels from airgradient before going out for your morning or sessions later.

Might have quite a haze cloud incoming. The red arrow part seems to be quite a decent haze cloud, and this part if any haze clouds appear generally get blown to us if the winds are forecasted to be SE to SSE (source of plume is from Kalimantan)

I will return them. Gu taste horrible to me. If it's SIS isotonic gel, those are the easiest to take in in my opinion and your gut most likely be agreeable. Less sweet than most gel, and the consistency is less viscous than most gel making them, easier to take in than most gel. The down side, for the same gram for Carg or calories, they are a lot more heavier. For 25g Carb, the whole pack weighs 60g, where else similar dose of 25G carb from other brands are 45g - 50g.

I like Leka gel and N8 , SIS and GU is horrible.

Bought 6 x SIS energy gel varieties for less than $15 at Lazada 9.9 sale and when I received the item. I realised they send GU gel instead. I made a refund / return claim immediately and the seller responded and asked me to consider accept the product with further $3 discount for the next purchase . I rejected because I already tried GU before and wanted to try this SIS brand . They replied to me to get 6 x GU gel at this price is very good deal but that is not I wanted .because of this . I have to repack the items and need to return back thru picklocker to claim my refund .

In the end . I have to order to pay slightly higher from official SIS Lazada store .

I tried SIS, taste pretty nice, like jelly. tried to do honey and it was disastrous, made my hands so sticky. RXbar energy bites was horrid as well, nearly choked.

I think I have had good success with SIS and Xact chews

Why not haha? If buy gels from TB, it’s expensive due to the shipping haha. I recently bought M-action gels from PDD, taste actually quite good lol. Using it for KipRun race haha

Eventually you will bite the bullet one day haha. It’s the same stuff if you buy from the official stores but the big difference is you saved on the shipping! Too expensive to ship gels from TB already.

China gels value for money la. Less than a buck for one gel. Can anyhow spam for your training runs haha. Compared to a SIS or Maurten
