The Lugo app sent you notification to reload? That's strange coz those few cards I've either given away or stopped wanting to use have less than RM5 in them, yet still indicated as Active in the app. No notification whatsoever too...
My lugo card still active. Only 20rm dah. Nvr I hv any notifications to ask me top up dah. I think last use in 2024 🤣🤣🤣

Too bad, the previous transaction records on the Lugo App have been erased, only showing the last reload of RM 30 on 050525. Otherwise, I would be able to screenshot and proved, what I have said is true. This business model of reload is similar, to what Celcom and Maxis, does for the prepaid Sim cards. Reload to maintain validity, or otherwise lose the Sim totally. At least, manjalink still retains, with a reload than to maintain.

Ya, I was just going to ask you coz I don't think you've the chance to use it more than once every 6 months or so. :s13:

I'll not doubting you, but just curious to know what's causing it.

If you change the calender dates of the transaction history, you should be able to retrieve that... Oh, unless the notification is gone...

Tried to change the dates to Dec 2024 till June 2025. It doesn't helped. Still showing the latest record, after the reload in May 2025.

Especially these days when we can also use Visa and MC.
Precisely. Was thinking to forgo the manjalink cards, when the validity expires 6 months from 050525, after the reload. If the upkeep, isn't so troublesome for a foreigner that utilisation is well below RM 20 for every 6 months, and need to reload each time with RM 30 to maintain validity.

What I did this morning while checking something else, was to choose month by month. Not sure if it allows you to choose few months at a time...

It's really strange. Maybe someone who happens to be at JB Sentral can ask the staff about this. I've no upcoming trip planned and I've switched to 2nd Link for a while already. Used to visit the counter at TF Value Mart in Nusa Bestari, but stopped going there since they removed the bus stop.

Edit : I know last time, like preC19, I'd encountered the 6-month validity issue a couple of times. But sometime after the ability to add the cards to Lugo for easier management, I did read somewhere about the removal of validity...

A ManjaLink card becomes inactive after six months of no top-up. Once inactive, the card cannot be used for transactions until a minimum top-up is made, which will reactivate it. This reactivation process allows the card to remain active for another six months after the top-up.
But the cards in my app all show Active, down to the limited edition one that I've no intention to use anymore. 🤷‍♂️

Lotus’s Tebrau carpark gantry should be up before school holidays end, they’ve also upgraded to brand new trolleys like Bukit Indah Lotus’s.

Main road bus stop I think still can use, just that they don't drive into the carpark now.
