@birmingham123 depends on want you're looking for(amenities/prestige/education etc), personally i'll choose the M for its convenience(so many shopping malls around, think I can live without going out of bugis )

I’m surprised, it’s really cheap, seems a even better buy than the M with the finishing given. Every new launch in 2020 seems one up compared to 2019, not sure if those who bought Park Colonial would regret since psf terms similar.

Thinking of submitting Cheque for Low quantum 1 bedder unit if satisfy after the viewing.
I quite like CEL projects.
But the only concern is high maintenance fee since it’s a small development, 300 plus units?

Yea 378 units in total. Maintenance fees price not out yet.

Am shocked by the affordable quantum too and for the size of the 1 bedder, it’s worth it. Looking forward for the floor plan to be out.
