I Guess the inner facing are priced at premium.

Curious which is more premium.

Pool/Inner facing against high-rise? Or Road/Outer facing with noise?

My Guess was right, stack 4,5 and 14 are the 1 bedders. All are inner facing. Not too bad.

Just that stack 4 & 5 are close to main entrance & carpark entrance.

Stack 14 gonna get snapped up man

U let them know with the current property rental yield that is not a lot already plus $400 maintenance fee, landlord can eat wind Liao. Hehe

No lower price cause it’s already out in the first place haha, is see the owners whether they want to opt in or not

Optional cause some buyers want to have a study/gaming room, then wardrobe inside take up space ma some even spend money hack away (opt in free anyways, so owners has a choice)
