Thinking of submitting Cheque for Low quantum 1 bedder unit if satisfy after the viewing.
I quite like CEL projects.
But the only concern is high maintenance fee since it’s a small development, 300 plus units?

1 bed $400 monthly maintenance

Site plan is out, but I don’t know how to post pictures...

Buildings are diagonal to BT road, so no direct facing

They only say est $400 per month nv specify w or w/o haha, will try checking tmr

No resi developments come with guaranteed carpk lots. Very long ago.. yes.. the lots are called accessory lots with own lot number.

Carpk lots are communual property within the MCST purvue.

For those downtown projects that are mixed developments with commercial units, the lots are limited and thus allocated based on MCST assessment.

W/o carpark lot or with?

I’m not sure how true it is but so far, the projects that I bought does not come with such options.
Thus, trying to find out if there’s really such case.

Yes project like avenue south charge lower maintenance coz it excludes carpark fees.
Quite a good option imo coz I don’t drive.

Indeed $400 for a one bedder Kopar is quite on a high side. If it excludes carpark lot, that just doesn’t add the sum.

carpark lots 1-to-1, excluding 4 handicapped lots(total 382)
all basement no MCSP

i think everyone will get all the data pretty soon, so shall not spam anything here

just let me know if anyone wants some of that VVIP discount(all seasoned property buyers here, should know what i'm saying haha)

One bedder > Stack 4,5 and 14. Facing Pool and Kg Java road/ Makeway Avenue.

Yes I read abt atelier too. It is slightly further to Newton mrt.
Kopar was 1192psf ppr while atelier was 4xx to 500psf more ex. Expected launch price should be 2.6kpsf.
