When the agent quoted all fixtures are Toto. I remarked “eh, that one many public toilet using it. Many Condo projects using Grohe le nowadays even for OCR projects”

He just looked away and didn’t say anything. These are some details I look at when I visit showflats.
This is a very helpful comment and thanks, because it teaches me what else to look out for.

I noted the Toto, I think Passer mentioned. My mum pointed out the fridge. Thanks again!! :)

I did not make any contradictory remarks. $2,300 is fair when compared to other new launches TODAY.. Few months down the road, when the weaker developers start giving discounts, the fair value may change.

And when Kopar becomes a 5 YO resale, I can’t guarantee that you will be able to sell higher than goodwood residences or Trilight. So dyodd... Speak with some real experts/ economists from the banks if you have the chance not “experts” from ERA/propnex/edmundtie. Cheers

Goodwood and Trilight unit sizes are huge and thus would result in higher quantum, it depends on buyers preferences in terms of unit sizes too. I personally like Trilight- a very nice project but the two bedder are about 2mil (19xxpsf thereabouts) compared to 1.5m for Kopar.

Yealo ,hence doesn’t mean freehold, price will always increase...

I guess the reason is cos the unit size is too big for two bedroom and it doesn’t seem functional, a lot of void space 1109sqf for two bedroom. Kopar only has 700sqf for its two bedroom deluxe thus quantum is kept low even w higher psf.

There was a mark up in price by about 11k.

It was previously sold for 1.27mil during launch, a reflection of how good a buy the M is.

And this happened during the midst of covid 19, where now schools, work place mostly close down.
In case someone still give excuses saying the M was lucky to launch 2 weeks before the covid.

Very smart developer. I assume the stack was fully sold. Developer should be smarter by marking up even more by 22k. Demand > supply.

For a stack that is sold out, there will be people that are waiting for agent to contact them when a unit becomes available. All it takes is a phone call. With schools and work place shut, all the more those “working from home” can go down anytime to sign.

As usual, you are trying to pick up unnecessary quarrels with your insensible comments.... grow up please.
