stayed at M Vertica on christmas period~ its one of the highest density condo in KL dubbed as little HK~ its at cheras, nearest mall is sunway velocity mall~ mrt is in between M Vertica & the mall~

staying there is not as crowded as i thought~ everything was well maintained, no trash, no stain~ car park is pretty empty~ driving in & out don't have the jam like in bukit bintang~ each tower has own security guard and he also guarding the food & courier collection points~ feel pretty safe overall~ :s22:

This project is similar to Razak City Residences at 5mins' drive away, described as Kowloon Walled City in the property circles of KL. During my recent visit, I saw that Cheras & Bandar Tun Razak have several such high-density residential projects. I doubt fire rescue capabilities in KL has kept up.
Bemoan the day when Singapore has such projects.

interesting design, feels like condo being compressed down.

Agreed on TRx. Was there in September 2024 and December 2024. The Aurum cinema is not my cup of tea. A movie ticket is RM 150 to 175, for a 2 hours experience. Watch the Prosecutor at Pavilion, RM 26 per ticket. Watch at Mid Valley southkey JB, only RM 14, really no brainer.

Even if just 10 percent of the population are well-to-do, there is more than enough to support the luxury stores in Georgetown, KL and JB (or Bangkok, for the matter).

There's a station at the old JB prison. I've seen some at the zoo. I doubt they work very well outside of the palace area because of the different elevation between the palace area and Jalan WAF.

KLCC area footpath very spacious
can't say the same for JB
Yes, I saw them in great numbers around KLCC Park, where the walkways are wide around the fountain till Aquaria. I even see these e-scooters in Songkhla Old Town.
