around 2.4K with GST included.

can get a 20% discount if you went for the talk/seminar.

Hope to see you in perfect eyesight. :)

Hi,

For those who did at Shinagawa or other lasik ctr, how are the results? I hear very pleasing news from Kampong boi, would appreciate if more could share their lasik experience (bad/gd).

I went for the preview talk at Shinagawa, no pushy sales tactics tat force u to sign up or go for eye test (compared to LSC). Dr. Lee SB is patient to explain ur queries and doubts after e talk. The price is similar to what Kampong boi paid for. Compared to other lasik clinics, it is one of e cheapest. And also 1price for all conditions.

Of cos, we cant compare price alone. Quality, i think Shinagawa has some German brand Wavelight laser (and not the Alcom laser4000 brand u see on youtube). And also e skills of e surgeon. Dr Lee mentioned that he has a track record of thousands of lasik done, 1% rate of them require enhancement. (enhancement doesnt mean blind/failure, it just mean tat e 1% have to go back for further correction).

Would also like to ask ppl who done at Shinagawa, how long can the $40+ eye drops last? And do you need to use e eye drops forever?

i think after discount is slightly under $2.5k.. (for shinagawa)

As for preview talks, they r free everywhere. Its their sales presentation talk, surely have to be free to attract ppl. (like those investment talks)

Evaluation tests: If u go for e preview talk, Shinagawa give free test, regardless whether u do the lasik or not. Most places charge abt $80-100, maybe some will waive if u do lasik with them.

Go ard attend preview talks, ask questions, find out more b4 u make a decision.

What's the minimum age to do Lasik? I've been wanting to do it since I don't like wearing glasses. However, I heard there's a certain age to adhere to; to allow for the full development of the eyes.

no min. age just need your parents to acknowledge that you are doing a surgery and that the clinic will not held responsible IF anything happens.

lasik is permanent dmg to ur corneas.

u may see perfectly now but it may worsen ur vision as u age (maybe worsen more compare to no lasik as placebo)...just beware.
