Resale also can make. Besides looking at growth factors, must look at the entry price the seller is looking for

No leh, I buy resale as 2nd owner make more than 1st owner who sold it to me. Then my next buyer who bought from me 5 years ago now earn more than me based on most recent past few transaction
An appreciating resale property can be better than an overprice new launch which can stagnate for years. Trust me. I don’t lie

Resale seller to 2nd Resale seller (sept 2022) > Earned $400k after 3 years SSD.

When I saw the one that I sold in 2017, the profit made by 3rd owner now about 750k.

I think the new launches that I bought in 2017 also didn’t appreciate as fast as the resale I sold.If I don’t sell in 2017 and continue to hold till now, profit is 1.2mil.

So not necessary die die must always buy new launch, trust me

he was asking your question, why not consider nearer to orchard like Newton, novena and River Valley...
