If LG don't even know what is going on in the minds of some
loyal or potential users, then they will be losing the battle
forever.

Customers expectations, evaluations and feedbacks are
too valuable to ignore. Hope LG won't screw up on this
with their research and marketing department.

You hav'nt got any choice when you want to use LG pc suite.
Download it to benefit whatever the pc suite can give you.
Not much harm using Lollipop 5.0.

My LG G Pro 2 suddenly shutdown and when I tried to turn it back on, it will just keep looping the LG logo. This action will continue until I remove the battery completely. Tried to connect to PC but it doesn't read thus I couldn't restore. Even I tried to restore through the phone (button combination), the LG logo will just keep looping.

Please advise on what I should do.

Try connect the power adaptor and turn on..
If it work ,most likely is your battery gone case..

You mean by connecting to the power adaptor with the battery inserted? I've tried and boot loop happens too.

my mom's G Pro 2 brick? when i power on it show LG logo the keep rebooting.
can go download mode, can flash KDZ via LG mobile Support Tool, however, it still go boot loop.

Anyone can help?

That is also the many observations by seasoned users of Pro2.
We just have to be patient and learn to use what is now
suitable for Pro 2 while waiting for the next upgrade, the Pro 3!

LG needs to introduce a 6"version of LG G5.

I am still resisting the dark side of Huawei Mate 8 although the screen is really big (6") and beautiful. G Pro 2 is still serving me well although the battery is not holding up as well already. I'll give LG six more months (can recontract phone on 5 Nov) to come up with the G Pro 3!!!

LG won't want to let the Pro series be the smart shooter of the
others at different camps. LG must take their Pro Series one
step ahead of the pack. Thus far, our thoughts may have gone
that far for their delay as the competition to sit on the throne
of flagship phone comes closer and closer.

Here are some of our dreams of the Pro 3:

1. SnapDragon 820 minimum with 6" screen or 6.5"
2. 6GB Ram and 64GB or 128 GB internal storage
3. External SD: at least up to 1TB or 2 TB
4. Battery: 4100mAH or higher (exhangeable)
5. Design: not necessary to be in line with G5 but should
be similar to V10 ruggedness.
6. Camera & video: should be same as V10 or G5 with manual
setting.

We pray LG keeps a listening ear and won't disappoint all its
loyal Pro 2 consumers worldwide. We can wait till 3rd quarter
of 2016 i.e. in December.

One of the most important feature of the LG phones is the
battery is exchangeable. So pro users can have two or three
extra batteries to shoot video and stills all day long without
worries.
