or am i missing out the fact that other people may be having this problem too?

Not I. I think this phone is the best I ever used. Have used iphones, HTC M7, HTC Butterfly S, Samsung S5 & Note.

About the auto restart, could be phone hardware problem. Because my colleagues have the LG G3 too and one of them have this issue once in a while. And he is a light user with not much 'funny' apps installed. So probably should go to LG service if this keeps happening.

Yes mine's 5. Hence one of the reason I say this is the best I've used :)

tried out lg g3 on several retailer and find out the UI lags badly.
for example pressing menu take 1 sec to respond before opening or opening an app.
Did try to set all animation to 0sec under developer option. Still lags :(

Does any buyers of g3 facing this now?

Looking for a butter smooth UI with gd specs, only m8 seems fast n responsive even on demo set.

Hi guys,

for those using spigen..

are u all using ultra hybrid or.. slim armor?

For those who aren't using any, can share what kind of case u all using?

I'm using Slim Armour. Solid protection and nice looking but as the back cover is curve, if you place it on flat surface and do typing, it wobbles.

Yup, we are living in a country that power source is available readily everywhere we go. Either charge at home or office or at library is not a hassle at all.

That means you haven't been desperately looking for charging station when you're outside home/office. So 'ko lian' you know, got Honda Civic but no petrol.

Why stress over a few hours difference on battery life? Enjoy your gadget and stop thinking about how long you can use them. Instead think of how you going to spend more quality time with friends and relatives.

Ok. Let it go, let it go ...

Gadgets has made the modern people less interactive towards each other. Even couples eating out prefer surfing web or replying messages than really looking at each other and talk.

If can, try not to take out phone during meals with family or friends. If not, why bother eating together?

That's the problem with modern gadget, not battery life.

mine is the 32/3 version, i suggest u might want to check your phones up time via settings>general>about phone>hardware info from time to time. Your phone may be restarting without you noticing it. Ever since i notice the problem, i had never monitor up-time more then 12 hrs....

the restarting bit i think happens on the newer fw. On the older fw the phone jus shuts off on it's own, so u definitely will know that it happened. For me it did this once overnight, so my alarm didn't ring but that's all. 1 restart since Day 1 of launch, which I think is pretty good.

My G3 is ok. I even underclock it and running Antutu I get around 33k score which is pretty decent.

Then get M8 lor if you don't need to use the cam much. Else get a OnePlus One or Oppo Find 7/7a and flash AOSP, then that will be really really fast.

G3 is not for you. Go get the m8 instead.

Your observation is correct. I also get the same experience when doing my review on the G3. My conclusion after the review is that M8 is still my preferred device.

As for frequent restarts, I read somewhere in this thread that it could be due to apps. When the poster mentioned he uninstalled the apps, the phone no longer goes into restart. Still, it's not right to remove apps for stability due to LG's firmware issues.

Hi there, do I look familiar to you? :p

Anyway, both my G3s do not have the restart issues. It's still a mystery as to what causes these restart. Running an stock ART and loving it still since launch.

For those using LG PC Suites Program, did the program keep prompting you to update the software even though you have the latest version?
