Unlikely. As mentioned in another post, any tempered glass protector will probably not cover the bottom removable portion.

My guess is that it will be easier to find a properly fitting glass protector for the G5 than it would be for the S7 Edge with its curved screen edges.

Yea, lg really messed this one up.
Smaller display, smaller battery, useless magic slot, no camera improvements, removal of back buttons.
It's worse than g4, imo.

The chief rival samsung s7 improved on everything that the normal consumer needed.

I like lg but moving to samsung this year.

Lg Ui is actually smooth, much much better than samsung.
I dont get lag at all on my g pro 2.

Apparently the modular battery compartment is not appealing to me at all. The moment I get to know that switching accessories require powering off/on the phone is a big NO for me. Every powering on/off will consume more battery as well as data. Thinking of getting V10 instead.

Beware, I believe the touchwiz is still bad..

With my usage with Note 4, I think Touchwiz has improved and streamlined quite a lot. For those who lags, maybe need to consider not to install too much unnecessary apps. Too much backend services will kill Android.
