Am I the only one who noticed that wifi scanning under location settings sometimes just enable by itself even though I disable it?

I realised when I am using grab and it'll keep prompting this out.

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a full screen tempered glass. Something like this: https://m.intl.taobao.com/detail/detail.html?spm=a1z5f.7632060.0.0&id=547738204212

Does anybody know whether it will still fit spigen case or any cases?

Thanks

Are there any bumper cases available for this phone? I would prefer something that only wraps around the metal edges of the phone

found my old canon ixus 255 hs and decided to see how it fares against the G6

the g6

i think here i can clearly observe that LG is really becoming samsung, with their juiced up saturation and contrast, its most obvious in the dark shadow cast on the wall

looking at low light capability, the canon can pull off the same amount of image brightness almost a full ISO stop above the G6 which is the benefit of larger sensor. funnily enough my old sony Z1 compact had a sensor as big as this canon's, but thanks to sony's bad image processing, the photo quality of the sony was mediocre, a reputation that still holds in modern sony phones

but anyway that old canon was really just a point and shoot. it doesnt even have full manual like the G6. For its marginally better image quality it cant match the G6's versatility. Smartphone photography has really came a long way since the 4 years ago when that canon model released

There is heat-pipe, but think physics, energy can only be transferred and not created or destroyed.

Heat dissipate from processor -> Heat-pipe -> metal frame = phone itself-> and finally to air/your hand through conduction.

Normal to feel hot, just not too hot to hold and explode like S7 (though thats a different story)

the thing about heat pipe is... its a heat transfer mechanism within the phone

it does nothing to get the heat out of the phone

think of the phone being like one of those ultra thin fan-less laptops where 100% of cooling is done via passive radiation. Obviously before it radiates out, it can be felt on the outer surface, i.e. where you are touching

whether or not the G6 overheats the best way to tell is to stress the processor, usually what I'll do is simply shoot 4k video as it is usually guaranteed to warm up any phone
