Thanks for trying. Next is to try with USB C 3.1 to USB C 3.1 if you got a comp with USB 3.1 port, since it's supposed to be USB C 3.1 not 3.0.

Can you test the Quad Dac on the G6 and do a comparison between the V20 and the G6 in terms of it's output and sound quality?

My last LG phone was the LG G Pro 2.... I would love to go back to LG if the G6 is really that good.

I'm okay with SD821 though..

Anyway, finally played with the S8/+ demo sets....

OMG! The side curved and rounded corners making the whole handset looks so freaking ugly.

It looks like a toy...Yucks!

So, I'm going back to LG for sure. Waiting for G6.....

Yes I just did and here's what I find:

- V20 delivers stronger boomier bass. The mids is also slightly elevated to sound warmer overall.
- G6 produces slightly clearer highs, possibly due to the recessed bass. The airiness is more apparent compared to the V20.
- Sound staging and instrumental separation are similar.

I don't understand why LG would put Gorilla Glass 3 at the front and put Gorilla Glass 5 at the back.
