I brought from autovacstore.
I'm more concern about repair and LG spare parts. They are just not as readily available compare to irobot.

I guess i have to clean LG roboking every week. Basically need to to the dustbin, centre main brush and hepa filter. Shouldn't take more than 10-15mins. I intend to run roboking 4 times a week.

As hair that get caught in the main brush, just use scissor to cut across then use hand to pluck them off. Quite easy.

One thing i like about roboking is it does not bump into wall/furniture before recognising it as a obstacle. It will stop 1cm before the wall/furniture.

For roomba and scooba, they will bump into wall first then recognise it as obstacle.
I'm not sure whether it only happen for older roomba/scooba model or for all models.
Now I know why some roomba/scooba will paste rubber/sponge on roomba/scooba.

Just read the manual and found out that i'm not suppose to attach wet microfibre cloth to roboking.
It is written that using wet cloth may damage roboking.

Just bought my 6260 from autovac... The 6260 systematic mapping is indeed very thorough... and it can avoid obstacle pretty well... the wet wipe function is fantastic... even though the brushes and vacuum picks up majority of the dust... the microfiber clothes will go for the final kill... The only bad thing is the machine is in Korean... and when the machine speak in Korean... you dunno what it is about... maybe it is trying to tell me it is stuck or not plug in properly?

wongkc, how much is Autovac selling the 6260 for? This model is not listed in their website.

TIA for replies. :)

I've been using it this way since i bought it... no problem with it... maybe not too wet... anyway... as long as it is slightly damp will do...

How noisy is the LG Roboking?

The 6260 is surprisingly quiet.. even with the turbo function on... Recently tested the 6260 turbo function attached with a damp microfiber cloth... it seems to navigate differently without the turbo function... changing direction when it shouldn't be... will monitor it further without the wet wipe or turbo next time...

But overall i am very satisfied with 6260... the only problem is that the machine is in korean so when it speaks you wun understand... but autovac will provide the english manual and diagrams...

I got it together with a Scooba 380... they have discount if you buy a combo... Just give them a msg they respond very promptly... anyway i think they are the only one selling it... you can ask for a demo for Roboking or iRobot if you can't decide on which...

Just worried that it will suck up mositure and short the circuit. I do notice that if wet cloth is used, there will be more resistance and sometimes i can see the robot struggling to move.
Probably LG is trying to protect their ass by writing it down in their just in case some user really use a wet wet cloth.

There are 2 choices for me now: It's either use damp cloth or spend 30 mins to mop the floor once every week.

my Rokoking 59xx got reliability issues, own it for 8 months and had send it for repair at LG Service twice due to "Wheel Error".

Wonder anyone as "lucky" as me?
